At Queen Dispatching LLC, we believe in keeping things simple and fair.
Our standard rate is 10% of each loads gross total or a $50 minimum fee, whichever is higher. This structure allows us to provide every driver with the same level of personal, hands-on service — no matter the size of the load.
We handle all the details, so you can focus on driving while we focus on your next great haul!

Payment & Late Fee
Payment is due upon receiving your invoice. You or your driver(s) can choose to be invoiced daily or weekly.
Any payments not received within 7 calendar days of receiving your invoice is subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $25.00, whichever is greater. Late fees will continue to accrue at the same rate every 7 days until full payment is received.
Timely payments ensure uninterrupted dispatching services and continued partnership success.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made online, ACH transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or credit card with a completed authorization form.
Please note that any fees that occur with the use of a third party payment method will be covered by the carrier company.
