No invoicing or compliance assistance is included.
Designed for small fleets or established owner-operators.
This tier includes everything from the Basic tier, plus limited back-office support such as basic filing, document tracking, and limited compliance coordination.
Our all-inclusive dispatch solution for established fleets or high volume carriers.
This tier includes full dispatch management, 24/7 communication, load planning, invoicing, compliance filings, and complete back-office support.
This is our most popular plan, offering maximum flexibility and attention to detail!
Occasionally, promotional pricing (such as the 8% premium tier being offered only until 12/1/25) may be offered. Carriers enrolled under a promotional rate will continue receiving that same rate and level of service for the duration of their agreement unless altered in writing by both carrier and Queen Dispatching LLC.
Payment is due within seven (7) days of your invoice date. Invoices are sent via email to carriers on Fridays.
Any payment not received within the seven (7) days of the invoice date is subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $25.00, whichever is greater. Late fees will continue to accrue at the same rate every seven (7) days until the balance is paid in full.
