We have three (3) tiers set with separate prices and levels of service provided. Premium tier - 10%, Standard tier - 8%, Basic tier - 6%. There are no hidden fees - our services are transparent and straightforward. 

We're a female-owned company with over 7 years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on communication, reliability, and long-term partnerships with our carriers. 

Queen Dispatching takes pride in going the extra mile for our carriers. Included within your dispatch service is assistance in route planning, reserving overnight stays, and a weekly revenue report that summarizes your total miles, loads, and income. 

And if your route takes you through Wisconsin - don't worry, we'll make sure you're never too far from fresh cheese curds, Lambeau Field, or a cold Spotted Cow!

Invoices are issued after each completed load (or weekly, depending on your preference). Payment is due upon receipt, and can be made here online, ACH transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or with a credit card. 

Yes, you must have an active MC and/or DOT number, valid insurance, and your own operating authority to work with Queen Dispatching. 

Yes. While we can work with new carriers and owner-operators, we typically prefer to work with carriers who have maintained active operating authorities for at least six-months. This helps provide greater access to established brokers and load opportunities!

Completed Carrier Profile form

Signed Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) form

Certificate of Insurance (COI), listing Queen Dispatching LLC as a certificate holder

A copy of  Operating Authority & driver license

Notice of Assignment, if utilizing a factoring company

Yes. If you use a factoring company, we'll coordinate with them for payments. Your invoice will still reflect the full gross load amount for dispatching fees. 

We provide nationwide dispatching services - with a strong focus on the Midwest, Eastern states, and select Southern regions. While we can coordinate freight throughout the country, we prefer to prioritize areas and lanes that generate stronger rates, consistent freight, and better opportunities. 

Absolutely. Your preference will always be a priority. Prior to coming aboard, we'll discuss your preferred lanes, rates, regions, and load types upfront so we can book freight that matches your operation. Our primary focus is the Midwest, Eastern states, and select Southern regions - where we've found the most consistent opportunities for our carriers. 

Because quality loads can move in seconds, we prefer to have a clear booking guideline established in advance without waiting for approval on every individual load. Rest assured, you'll always have final say over your truck and operation. 

Our primary focus is over-the-road (OTR) dispatching. We typically work best with carriers who are willing to stay out for 2-3 weeks at a time, allowing us the most flexibility to position your truck into stronger markets, maximize earnings, and strategically route you back home in time. 

While we can assist with local or regional freight, these opportunities are more limited and can vary significantly depending on the market. For carriers looking to maximize consistency and revenue, OTR generally gives us more flexibility to keep your truck moving. 

Yes, we require access to view your ELD system. This allows us to monitor your available Hours of Service (HOS), required breaks, and resets so we can accurately plan loads and avoid scheduling freight that cannot legally be completed within your available hours. 

We'll discuss which ELD system you use during the onboarding process and establish the appropriate dispatcher or view-only access whenever available. The carrier remains solely responsible for maintaining accurate logs and complying with all HOS state and federal regulations.
