We charge 10% of the total gross rate, with a $50 minimum per load. There are no hidden fees - our services are transparent and straightforward. 

We're a female-owned company with over 7 years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on communication, reliability, and long-term partnerships with our carriers. 

Queen Dispatching takes pride in going the extra mile for our carriers. Included within your dispatch service is assistance in route planning, reserving overnight stays, and a weekly revenue report that summarizes your total miles, loads, and income. 

And if your route takes you through Wisconsin - don't worry, we'll make sure you're never too far from fresh cheese curds, Lambeau Field, or a cold Spotted Cow!

Invoices are issued after each completed load (or weekly, depending on your preference). Payment is due upon receipt, and can be made here online, ACH transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or with a credit card. 

Yes, you must have an active MC and/or DOT number, valid insurance, and your own operating authority to work with Queen Dispatching. 

Absolutely! We proudly assist new carriers and owner-operators in finding their first loads and building relationships with trusted brokers. 

You'll need:

Completed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement

Completed Carrier Profile form

Signed Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) form

W-9

Certificate of Insurance (COI), listing Queen Dispatching LLC as a certificate holder

A copy of  Operating Authority & driver license

Yes. If you use a factoring company, we'll coordinate with them for payments. Your invoice will still reflect the full gross load amount for dispatching fees.

Of course! You always have the final say on what loads you haul. We'll match your preferences - whether it's regions, rates, or load types.
